Position Overview:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing social media ad campaigns to expand our reach and increase engagement with our B2B audience. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with experience in B2B advertising and a passion for engaging, targeted marketing in the clinical research or healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, design, and deploy social media ad campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook, etc. to reach our target B2B audience.
Create and manage content calendars that align with brand strategy and business objectives.
Utilize analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness, optimize ad spend, and report on key metrics.
Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search ranking.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure social media campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategy.
Stay up-to-date on social media trends, industry changes, and emerging technologies to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience with B2B marketing.
Proven experience in B2B social media management, SEO, and advertising.
Demonstrated ability to create effective social media ads on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
Proficiency with social media analytics and ad management tools.
