Job Description:
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will leverage your existing connections and industry expertise in medical staffing to drive sales growth and expand our client base. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals with key decision-makers in healthcare facilities. Your goal will be to increase revenue, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize your existing network in the medical staffing industry to identify and connect with potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare facilities.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients to understand their staffing needs and propose suitable solutions.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the medical staffing sector.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities within healthcare facilities.
Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and market demands.
Lead Generation and Pipeline Management:
Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach within the medical staffing industry.
Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals.
Use CRM software to track sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets.
Industry Expertise and Product Knowledge:
Maintain a deep understanding of the medical staffing industry, including regulatory requirements and market trends.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide comprehensive information about our staffing solutions to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and developments in healthcare staffing.
Customer Service and Support:
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients and maintain ongoing support for existing clients.
Gather and relay customer feedback to the recruitment and development teams for continuous improvement of our services.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in the medical staffing industry.
Network: Established network of potential clients within healthcare facilities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
Skills:
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the medical staffing industry.
